This shows me that Westlake continues to exhibit signs of a stabilizing market, yet still in a buyer's market. With concerns over unemployment and the foreclosure rate, there still remains a lull in consumer confidence.
36 residential properties sold in the month of July 2011 with an average price of $223,213. At months end there were 17 in Pending while 48 remained Active.
